Terms of Use

By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.
 

I. GENERAL TERMS.

The Artist draws digital commissions.

The Client will receive the commissioned work in full size, png-format. Originals (psd-files) won't be provided.

The Artist will NOT draw: Hateful themes, suicide, extreme violence, gore, yaoi, yuri, hentai/nude, explicit religion themes.

 

I have the right of decline a commission if I consider it too extreme

I will work with topics/works that do not and will not violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation; and they will not be defamatory, libelous, threatening, pornographic, obscene, harmful to minors.
 

II. PROCESS:

I ask for the payment befor start with your commission, in the case of many or big pics you can send the half payment at the beginning and the rest when you agree with the sketch
When you sent payment and the info for your order the sketch will be started.
You can ask for changes to the sketch.
The process will end with the digital file sent to you by DA note or e-mail.
You can ask only for small changes about coloring after you receive the final piece.
No physical package will be sent.

Any big changes in the final piece will come with an extra charge. Such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it.
Make sure to be clear in your order. If your reference is unclear, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee.
 

III. USE

You retain all rights to your characters.
You may not claim to have created the artwork yourself.
You may only use your image for personal purposes, but not for profit.
You may repost the watermarked / signed, smaller version of your commission on the site or outside of it, but you must notify me first, give proper credit, and link back to my account.
You may use the full resolution version to print out for yourself, but you can't redistribute it

If you repost or share your finished work be aware the artist will not be responsible for the distribution or uses than general public could make of it

IV. PAYMENT

Please wait for me to send you an invoice by Paypal
 

V. CANCELING ORDERS AND REFUNDS

I will make a partial refund if you cancel when I'm somewhere in the middle of the process.
I will not refund if you don't like the final piece because you already agree with the sketch

The prices for commercial uses increase will increase by 25% ( with previously review of the project)
